Indulge my curiosity...

Does anyone else come from a world where the predominant entertainment is radio? Much as I enjoy television and films, I miss a good radio drama. There's something to be said for allowing the imagination to fill in the pictures.

Yes, television seems to have superseded the radio as the home entertainment altar in a number of worlds.

Well, yeah. Moving pictures, graphics, you can see the stories... it's a lot about social stuff, too.

Oh, I enjoy television and films well enough. There's such a variety of both.

But there's something lost in the intimacy of a story, I feel, when nothing's left up to the mind.

Have you tried story or drama CD's? Those you just stick in a CD player, get some headphones, and listen. There's some in the department store in Celadon~

No, I'm not familiar with those. What are they?

They're stories you can listen to like radio dramas. You can pick a disc of either a TV show that people do dramatic readings from, which a lot of times has content that they don't ever talk about on TV, an are fun to listen to. Or you can get some that don't have TV shows tied to them, so you don't have to worry about missing anything.

I don't know anyone from Japan. I know people from America. And Death City. Which may be in America...
