Envy lets out a breath, eyes fixed firmly on the Tyranitar in front of him.

The problem with that question is...he's not entirely sure, where the lines are. He's been being over-careful generally with his own approach, even though Wrath hadn't been afraid of him. He still doesn't want to make too-sudden movements. Lust would probably have noticed that he's toned down most everything whenever Wrath is around. No theatric cackling, not even the fairly benign snideness he's still in the habit of.

All he really knows is what happened back then.

"I...probably wouldn't bring up Sloth, not unless he does. He was right there when she went. Got half caught in it."

He knows Lust can't stand her, so he's not expecting her to be sad about what happened. His own voice is very deliberately neutral.

"He probably wouldn't want to smell anything like ethanol, in...I don't know, cleaning supplies or disinfectant. And there's...there was already the Gate, you know that. But it might be worse."

His hands clench in the cleaning rag hard enough for his knuckles to turn white, and he grits his teeth, "She opened it on him."
