[If this Miss Fitz has a lot of friends she can spend time with, why is she coming to Sasha? That's what Sasha doesn't get. She's sure those friends are much cooler than her backwoods self. Everybody else seems to be.
Maybe she should apologize ahead of time for not being as interesting as those other friends. Or maybe Sasha shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth when it comes with an offer of a few less minutes stewing in her own head.]
I'm Sasha Braus. [She drops the sheet of sandpaper between her fingers before wiping her hand clean on her pants, holding it out for a polite shake.] I remember you from the network.
[Sasha narrowing her eyes at the arrow and then up at Lust. Arrows are weapons as far as she's concerned. She's never heard of them being used to play a game.]
A game of skill and hand and eye coordination. We make various lines in the sand and we try and throw the thick arrows so that they both fly straight and true and also land upright buried in the sand.
[Lust is more or less describing an AU version of lawn darts.]
[This still sounds like a wacky idea to Sasha, but honestly, what does she has to lose but a little bit of time and a whole lot of loneliness? So she shrugs to herself and gets up off the porch floor, setting aside the half-finished project and makes her way down to the sand.]
We'd have to get the dry stuff, though. If it's damp, it'll splinter when we try to sand them down.
[Lust turns her attention to the shore that's not as close to the water.]
I live in Goldenrod, I don't spend much of my time at the shore. But my water Pokemon love it so.
[And god knew she needed to get out of the house for a time. The islands have been good for that, though she hasn't done much of anything for her time here. Of course she supposes that's the point.]

[Lust takes the offered hand to shake it. Her eyes move to what Sasha had been holding, curious.]
Are you making something?

[It was keeping her distracted for the moment. Something to keep her hands busy when the rest of her just wants to cry all day long.]
It's nothing, really.

[Lust taps a finger against her lips thoughtfully, eyeing the arrow.]
If we make a few more thicker ones, I know a game we could play with them. It should work perfectly fine in the sand along the water.

What kind of game?

[And also on the ground. Sounds like a good idea to Sasha in theory, but there's still a problem:]
But with our hands? Are you sure we don't need bows to do this right, Miss?

[And Lust prefers walking along the shore and gathering things up to going in it anyhow. It's too large and deep and unpredictable, she's no fool.]
[She gestures for Sasha to join her.]
