Anyway... It's okay to be confused about your emotions and not know what to do about them sometimes. That's how it is a lot for teenagers, I think- because we're experiencing all this new stuff, meeting new people, changing. Trust me when I say I know from experience.
I think... the best thing to do is just to get out there and experience all sorts of emotions, even the bad ones. Watching different movies might help too. When you start to connect with characters, you start to feel closer to them and their circumstances and that opens you up for stuff.
