Scar wasn't sure what was causing her so much horror. His initial assumption was that she thought this was an indication that something was horrifically wrong with her. His response reflected this.

"It happens to most people with the flu, you will be fine." He set her down on the edge of the bed and marched back to the bathroom for a damp towel. They could clean up the worst of it before she settled in the bath.

Bath... She would probably need a shower before anything, at this point.
